Ming found out about the unique tours and off-the beaten-track destinations offered by Country Holidays after reading an article about Antarctica in the newspapers back in 2003. From that moment, she had already set her sights on working for the company.

After graduation, she finally joined Country Holidays based on her enthusiasm and passion for travel. She had been “addicted to” tour planning since her organizing of a 1-month Silk Road trip for friends and various adventure trekking trips in Hong Kong. Now she enjoys working as a tour consultant to advise and help clients plan their travels to different countries. Besides trekking, sharing her unique travel experiences and the excitement gained from her travels are her favorite hobbies.

Insider Tips from Ming

When travelling between June and September during the dry season, it's a good idea to pack some moisturizing facial masks and aloe gel to keep your skin hydrated at all times.

Sunglasses are essential to protect your eyes from strong light reflection from the salt flat.

Drinking sufficient water or cocoa tea can help reduce the impact of altitude sickness.
